We were looking to have a new boiler installed and learned it could no longer be placed in our garage. A market leader suggested placing it in a bed- or bathroom, a solution that involved much re-routing of pipes, disruption of existing structures, and came with a corresponding price tag. But Lee and his team installed the boiler in our loft. Their quote was much more attractive and the disruption minimal. They worked quickly and we only were without hot water for a few hours. Their expert judgement and pleasant manners made the event quite painless. We got clear explanations on the boiler’s functioning, and will be happy to see Lee back to service it.
